As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 7-14 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents sites. For domestic shipments, please allow 4-15 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive.
We deliver on business days, excluding bank holidays.
During high season and sale, shipping might take a little longer.
WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver to customers who are 18 years and above, with an address in India. Please note, that some areas may be excluded from delivery. You will be notified about this during checkout.
You may choose to have your order delivered to your home or an alternative address. In checkout you can change the delivery address and/or add a new one.

TRACK YOUR PARCEL
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the delivery details and a link to track your parcel online.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you sign in at My Account.
Please note, that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.
Please note that very small and light packages might be delivered through the mailbox, and therefore cannot be tracked.
All references to Rupee on this website are in Indian currency. Indian prices are different to International prices due to taxes/duties , and the laws of the countries they have been bought from. In cases of International shipping , prices may vary when logging into the site from different postal codes and locations (Currently Internation Shipping Is Not Offered). Prices of products available at retail outlets are only available within India. No product can be sold for Indian prices outside the country.
Once you arrive at the Payment page during Checkout, be sure to review your Order Summary i.e. your Product, Size, Colour and Shipping Address before you click on “Payment Options”. You can also choose to avail of the Promotion Code, Discount Code or use your Store Credit. You can click back to make adjustments at any time.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
Once you have used your card, there is a lag to your payment reaching the bank and confirmation received by our payment gateway. In most cases, the payments are received well in time but there are instances where there is a downtime on the issuing bank’s server due to maintenance or other technical faults. In the event that this happens, your payment request is turned down. You will then hear from our Customer Care who will help you through the process.
The product bought will only be accepted for replace if they are intimated with in 2 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever.
Note : Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.
In case of damage :
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else “www.caba.org.in” will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.
The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. “www.caba.org.in” will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws, buckles, straps, will only be repaired within a period of one month from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse.
“www.caba.org.in” acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
